Spa Policies

 

Spa Appointments:

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your spa visit to allow time to relax, unwind, and enjoy. In order to reserve your schedule appointment, we require a valid credit card number at time of booking.

Spa Environment:

For the comfort of others, please refrain from using your cell phone. Your cooperation in providing a quiet environment is greatly appreciated.

Cancellation Policy:

Should you need to cancel, please contact us 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. All cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in full charges. Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment.

Special Considerations:

Please advise us upon booking of any allergies, ailments, disabilities, high blood pressure, pregnancy, or if wheel chair access is required.

Gratuities:

Gratuities are not included in spa prices and are graciously accepted.

Gift Certificates*

Gift Certificates and Gift cards are available to create a personalized spa experience either order online or by calling Lana's Place reception. (201) 313-8655

Gift Certificates are not refundable. The certificate must br presented at time of check-in. No credit or change will be given on unused portion of certificate. Not redeemable for cash or other substitutions, not replaceable if lost, destroyed, stolen, or expired, and void if altered, photocopied, or reproduced.

Certificate will not be extended beyond expiration date, which is 6 months after purchase.
